FocusFella Terms of Use

Using the app

FocusFella is a personal productivity tool. You may use it on any devices associated with your Apple ID under Apple's standard App Store terms.

Requirements

• iOS 16.0 or later / macOS 13.0 or later
• iOS app blocking requires Screen Time entitlement — currently pending Apple approval. This feature may be unavailable in early versions.

No warranty

FocusFella is provided as-is. I make no guarantee that it will block every distraction in every situation. If something doesn't work, let me know and I'll fix it.

Liability

I am not liable for any loss of productivity, missed deadlines, or other damages arising from use or inability to use FocusFella.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
